‼️ NiKo opened up about what went wrong with kyxsan in Falcons and why the team ultimately decided to replace him with karrigan: 🗣️“I think we started dealing with the pressure in a very bad way as a team, and that he, as an IGL/captain, didn’t have the right approach with all of the players. He had been brushing off the feedback he was getting rather than trying to take it all into account. We should’ve somehow tried to create a better playstyle where everyone felt better about it, where everyone would feel a little more comfortable when we ran defaults, maybe with a bit fewer tactics. At times, we would watch a match and analyse it together. We’d say one thing, that we thought we lost the match because of something and he would have a different opinion. It was very difficult to find that middle ground together. I think that’s one of the reasons why Falcons decided to replace him and bring in karrigan, who is very different from Damjan.”
