GamerLegion i Aurora mogą czuć się oszukani decyzją PGL?
Oczywiście ma to na celu umożliwienie drużynom przelotu z Bukaresztu do Chengdu i dotarcia na miejsce – jak sądzę, z pominięciem dnia mediowego, ale na czas pierwszych meczów. @AuroraCS2_GG i @GamerLegion – jedyne dwie drużyny, które postąpiły właściwie, odrzucając Chengdu na rzecz gry w Bukareszcie – zostały właśnie poszkodowane, ponieważ wszystkie otaczające je zespoły mogą teraz zagrać w obu turniejach, a one tylko w jednym. Teraz drużyny znów będą grały z ogromnym jetlagiem po podróży, co potencjalnie przyniesie nieprzewidywalne wyniki w rankingu VRS, podobnie jak w Dallas. 8-10 drużynom (ostateczna liczba prawdopodobnie zostanie jeszcze ogłoszona, ale to solidne szacunki) właśnie odebrano pewne miejsce na turnieju (prawdopodobnie tym samym, które straciły szansę na podwójny występ na Fissure/Starladder) z powodu tych wszystkich zespołów, które teraz wezmą udział w obu wydarzeniach, a wcześniej nie mogły. Jak można piąć się w rankingach, skoro najważniejsze turnieje – nawet gdy się pokrywają – albo znajdują sposób na zmianę terminów, albo całkowicie osłabiają swoje wydarzenia (Starladder), a wszystko to jest akceptowane, @CounterStrike. Gdy rozmawialiśmy w Kopenhadze w 2024 roku, powiedzieliście, że chcecie, aby drużyny „głosowały nogami” i zmuszały organizatorów do konkurowania o ich udział. Zezwalanie na to wszystko całkowicie temu zaprzecza.
So obviously this is to allow teams to fly from Bucharest to Chengdu and arrive and I guess miss media day but make it for the first matches. @AuroraCS2_GG and @GamerLegion, - the only two teams to do their jobs properly by rejecting Chengdu to play Bucharest - have now just been screwed becsuse all the teams around them can now play both and they can only play one. And now teams will once again play mega jetlagged after travelling, potentially inflicting weird results on VRS like Dallas. 8-10 (final number TBA I guess, but this is a solid estimate) teams just had a locked in event taken away from them (probably same ones who also lost out on Fissure/Starladder double up too) because of all the teams that will now attend both that previously couldn't. How is it possible to move up in the ranks if the top events - even when they overlap - either find a way to change their dates or completely gut their events (starladder) and it still be okay @CounterStrike. When we spoke in Copenhagen in 2024 you said you wanted the teams to vote with their feet and force TO's to compete for their attendance. Allowing all this negates that entirely.
